What do you think of this wedding idea?

My bf and I are planning on getting married within the next 3 years. We want it simple (hopefully a little cheaper too). Since we live on the coast of Florida, we want a beach wedding. For the reception, we wanted to have a cook out type theme. We thought it would be nice, fun, and beautiful. We wanted to this to save some money so that we could go on a nice honeymoon and to also save money in general. What do you think? Any ideas to add on to this?
